During Call Tools

Functions agent can call during conversation:
  • end_call: Hang up the call
  • transfer_call: Transfer to human agent
  • query_knowledge_base: Search knowledge base
  • Custom functions: Your business-specific actions
Default Tools:
  • end_call: Always available
  • transfer_call: Available if transfer number configured
  • query_knowledge_base: Available if knowledge base connected

Post Call Tools

  • Data logging
  • CRM updates
  • Follow-up triggers
