Connection type: Channel Bring SubVerse chat agents into your own chat interface. Your backend sends each user message to SubVerse through the Trigger chat API, and the agent’s replies are delivered to your webhook. You keep full control of the UI.

What you can do

How it works

Your app → Trigger chat API → Chat agent → Your webhook → Your app The API replies right away with a session ID. The agent then works on the message and sends each step, including its final reply, to your webhook as a separate request.

What you’ll need

  • A backend server that can call the SubVerse API
  • A public HTTPS endpoint to receive webhook events
  • A SubVerse workspace API key
  • A chat agent in SubVerse
Step-by-step setup is in the SubVerse dashboard: go to Integrations → Web Chat and open the Documentation tab.
