Shopify - SubVerse AI

Connection type: Credential Connect your Shopify store to SubVerse. Agents can answer customer questions about orders and products, and your Functions and Orchestrations can create, update, and delete them. A Shopify event can also start an orchestration.

Credential types

Choose the one that matches how you want to connect.

Credential type	Best for
Shopify Access Token API	Connecting a single store you own. Recommended for most people.
Shopify OAuth2 API	Connecting through your own Shopify app, including several stores
Shopify API	Legacy private app credentials. Only for stores that already have them.

What you’ll need

A Shopify store, and admin access to it
Permission to create apps in the store’s admin, or a Shopify Partner account for OAuth
Your store’s subdomain, the part before .myshopify.com
